Refunds
October 24, 2026
How refunds work for prepaid credits on bulkimg.ai.
Unused credits
If you haven’t used the credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Write to us with your account email and the purchase details.
Credits already spent
Credits spent on renders aren’t refundable — the cost of making those images has already been incurred.
Failed renders
When a render fails for technical reasons, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits aren’t returned when a request is refused or fails because it breaks our terms or a model provider’s content policy.
Subscriptions
bulkimg has no subscriptions. Every purchase is one-time and nothing renews.
