This page explains what bulkimg.ai (“bulkimg”, “we”) collects when you use the site and the studio, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We also record the IP address and country of your sign-in, and how you first reached us (referring site and campaign parameters), so we understand which channels bring people here.
When you use the studio we store the prompts, reference images and settings of each batch, the images that come back, and a ledger of credits bought and spent.
Why we use it
To run the service: to sign you in, keep your credit balance, generate and store the images you ask for, send account emails, and process payments. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Who else sees it
Your prompts and reference images are sent to the image model providers that render them. Payment data goes to Stripe. We don’t sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie that the studio needs to work, and a bi_consent cookie that remembers your cookie choice.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session recordings and heatmaps of how pages are used; text you type into forms is masked) to count visits and see which pages and features are used (for example: page views, starting a checkout, rendering a batch). They set cookies and send usage data and a shortened IP address to Google and Microsoft. In the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil it only run after you click Accept in the cookie banner; elsewhere they run unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the bi_consent cookie, which brings the banner back.
How long we keep it
Generated images are kept for at least 14 days after creation so you have time to download them. After that we may delete them to manage storage, so please download your work promptly — bulkimg is not long-term storage. Account and billing records are kept as long as your account exists and as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by writing to us. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honour them.
